Chamber Members were treated to a special guest speaker yesterday at the January 2010 Business Luncheon. Reverend Jeff Carr, Chief of Staff to L.A. City Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, gave the group an insight into the objectives and challenges of City Hall. Four months into his new role, we applaud Reverend Jeff Carr for commencing the formidable task of steering the City in a new direction.
